preparation | preparation amount of step 1, 3,4-methylene dioxyphenylethenic acid take 50ml of pepper ring into a three-mouth bottle equipped with thermometer, slowly add 45-50ml of concentrated sulfuric acid under ice bath, slowly add 60-75ml of 50% glyoxylic acid aqueous solution under strict temperature control -6-0 ℃, react at this temperature for 7~9h, add 500~600ml of water at the end of the reaction, stir for 1~2h at room temperature, filter and dry to obtain the product with a molar yield of 90 ~ 95%. Step 2.
